Join me for a 6 week elimination diet to get to the root of possible food sensitivities, improve digestion and increase energy.
The goal of an elimination diet is to remove the most common foods that can cause sensitivities for a short period of time including gluten, dairy, refined sugar, eggs and soy. After 3 weeks, we will add them back in slowly, one at a time, to see which (if any) foods are problematic for you. We will spend the first week of the program preparing so no need to stress about being ready on day 1.
The program includes education and guidance, a recipe e-book and meal calendar and a supportive online community on Facebook.
Dates: January 6th through February 14th.
